Delivery generally takes between 7-14 business days within the United States. For international orders, delivery time can take between 7-21 business days.
If we have a high demand of purchases, shipping may be delayed. However, we provide full transparency if this occurs and will keep you posted via email.
Our warehouse will process your order as fast as possible. We aim for same day dispatch, but in some cases will send your order on the following business day, assuming the item you have ordered is available in stock.You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please be advised all orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday. In addition, we do not ship on public holidays.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. If you entered wrong address, please contact us as fast as possible, and we may solve this problem if order is still being processed.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. We will send your tracking number via email. You can track it here
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier and let us know so we can also investigate this for you.
You can cancel your order for any reason within 1 hour after purchase. Please reach us immediately if you'd like to cancel your order.
If an order was placed and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation sent via e-mail, please start with checking your spam inbox.
If you checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you.
Returns & Warranty
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Read more about our refund policy here.
You have the right to return one or several products for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please send it back to us and we will handle your return as soon as possible.
Before you return your order for a refund, please make sure that below is equal to the product you return:
• The product is in the same condition as when it was received.
• The product is in their original containers with labels intact and protective sticker

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
